Abstract Simultaneous iridodialysis repair, cataract extraction and posterior chamber intraocular lensimplantation were performed in 6 patients withtraumatic iridodialysis and cataract.With averagefollow-up of 6.3 months, postoperative correctedvisual acuity achierved 0.1 in one case, 0.3 ￣0.4 in3 cases, and 0.5 ￣ 0.8 in 2 cases . Postoperativecomplications included early iritis and pupil changein all cases,after cataract in 2 cases,and secondaryglaucoma in 1 case. The surgical technique for repair of iridodialysis was described. The advantageand patient's election of three combined procedurewere discussed. The result showed that the combed procedure is safe and efficient in proper patients.
