矫正型大动脉转位左侧房室瓣替换术（附2例报告）

LEFT ATRIOVENTRICULAR VALVEREPLACEMENT FOR CORRECTEDTRANSPOSITION OF THE GREAT(A REPORT OF TWO CASES)

２例矫正型大动脉转位（Ｃ－ＴＧＡ）患者行左侧房室瓣替换术。２例均经无创检查明确诊断，手术中均较正常二尖瓣替换难暴露，术后复苏及围术期均出现室性心律失常，经处理后治愈。文中结合报告病例及有关文献，对诊断、手术技巧，围术期处理进行了讨论。

Abstract Two patients with corrected transposition ofthe great arteries (C-TGA) who were underwentleft atrioventricular valve (tricuspid valve) replacement were reported.Both cases were made diagnosisclearly by non -invasive examination,more difficultto expose tricuspid valves than normal bicuspidvalves. Ventricular arrhythmia occured duringanabiosis and after operation in patients whorecovered after treatment.ment. Combined with related literature, the diagnosis. surgical techniqueand perioperative treatment for this disease were discussed.
