星形细胞瘤及星形细胞反应性增生中胶质原纤维酸性蛋白和DNA的定量研究

摘要 用全自动图像分析仪,对40例Ⅰ~Ⅳ级星形细胞瘤及10例星形细胞反应增生作了胶质原纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)免疫组化及DNA组织化学的定量研究,结果显示:星形细胞反应性增生时,GFAP含量高于星形细胞瘤,随着星形细胞瘤分级的递增,GFAP含量逐渐降低,DNA含量恰好遵循相反的规律;GFAP和DNA含量之间有良好的线性相关关系。因此GFAP和DNA含量的测定可为星形细胞瘤分级、星形细胞反应性增生和星形细胞瘤Ⅰ级的鉴别提供客观依据,并可作为评价星形细胞瘤恶性程度的重要参考指标。 Glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP) and DNA were studied by immunohistochemical and histochemical quantitative analgsis using image analyser in 40 cases of astrocytomas,(grade I to IV) and 10 cases of reactive proliferation of astrocytes.The results showed that the GFAP content in reactive proliferation was much higher than in astrocytomas,and the GFAP content level decreased steadily from grade I to IV.The DNA content in reactive proliferation was much lower than in astrocytomas,and the DNA content level increased steadily from grade I to IV.A linear relationship was found between the content of GFAP and DNA.Thus,the measurement of the content of the GFAP and DNA could be of great value for grading of astrocytomas,and in distinguishing reactive proliferation of astrocytes from grade I of astrocytomas.
