湛江市医院消毒质量的监测与分析

A CHECK ON THE VALIDTY HOSPITAL STERILIZATION IN ZHANJIANG CITY

对湛江市１８所医院消毒质量三次抽样监测的结果显示：消毒合格率７５．７％。消毒质量市级医院比部队和区级医院好，而小型医院较差（Ｐ＜０．０５）。消毒项目中病房的物体表面和室内空气消毒合格率均＜５０％。部队、区级和小型医院的医护人员的手消毒合格率≤７０％。表明我市医院内环境污染和医护人员带菌状态不容忽视，管理部门应加大卫生消毒管理和检测的力度。

The results of three sampling checks on the validity of sterilization in I8 hospitals of Zhanjiang City showed as follows:The qualification rate was 75.5%.The quality was betten in the nunicipal hospital then those of township,and it was worse in the smll-scale ones(P<0.05).Within the inspected items,the qualification rate of surfaces of ward equipments and that of the room air were lower than 50%.And that of the medical personnel hands in military,twonship and small-scale hospital was just equal or lesser than 70%.The result illustrated that the environmental pollution and the germ-carrying state of the medical personnel should not be overlooked in the hospital.The monitor of the sterilization condition should be reinforced by the health authorities.
