矢状窦旁脑膜瘤的诊断与治疗（附39例报告）

DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF PARASAGITTAL MENINGIOMA(REPORT OF 39 CASES)

本文报道了矢状窦旁脑膜瘤３９例，均经ＣＴ与ＭＲＩ确诊，肿瘤全切除３５例，大部切除４例。结果３８例好转出皖，１例死亡。作者提出：（１）注意切口稍大于肿瘤，有利于肿瘤的全切与减少对周围组织损伤；（２）对中央静脉与矢状窦的恰当处理；（３）根据肿瘤大小、位置与性质决定整块切除或分块切除。

Thirty-nine cases of parasagittal meningioma diagnosed with CT and MRI were reported.The first symptom was mainly headache(35 cases)or epilepsy(14 cases).All the patients were operated on.Thirty-five out of them the tumors were totally removed and that of other cases were subtotally removed.The results showed 38 cases were well discharged and one died.The authors point out that the incision's size should be slightly larger than that of the tumor,which will be convenient to perfect removing and decreasing injury of the peripheral brain tissue.Meantime,correct treatment of the centre venae and superior sagittal sinus,total or subtotal removal basing on the size,site and nature of the tumor are also necessary to successful operation.
