2D～CDFI对诊断Ebstein畸形的价值（附15例分析）

THE DIAGNOSTIC VALUE OF TWO-DIMENSIONAL PULSE DOPPLER ECHOCARDIOGRAPHY AND(OR)COLOR DOPPLER FLOW IMAGING(2D～CDFI)TO EBSTEIN'S ANOMALY

报道我院１９８５年１０月至１９９５年３月发现的Ｅｂｓｔｅｉｎ畸形１５例，均经２ＤＥ和（或并）ＣＤＦＩ证实。其中１４例初诊均误诊为其它病，最后经２Ｄ～ＣＤＦＩ确诊。讨论本病的临床表现及超声特点，分析误诊的原因。

From October 1985 to March 1995,15 cases of Ebstein's anomaly were diag nosed by using two dimensional pulse Doppler echocardiography(2D～PDE)and(or) color Doppler flow imaging(CDFI).14 of them were mistaken as other diseases.and finally were confirmed by 2D～CDFI.Their clinical manifestations,utrasonic displays were discussed,and the causes of mistake were analvsed.
