宝山西部铅锌银矿选矿工艺流程研究

摘要 沿用传统的优先浮选流程结构,选择合适的药剂制度,可以从宝山西部“混合矿”依次获得铅(银)、锌(镉)、硫精矿.铅、锌氧化率分别高达32%和49%的难选“氧化矿”,采用浮-重联合流程,合理使用复合调整剂和螯合捕收剂,配用简单有效的重选设备,能综合回收矿石中的铅、锌、银、金、镉. By the use of the traditional selective flotation flowsheet structure and the selection of the proper reagent regime,lead(silver),zinc(cadmium)and sulphur concentrates can be obtained in succession from the mixed ore in west Baoshan.This ore is a refractive oxidized ore, in which the oxidization rates of lead and zinc reach as high as 32% and 49%,respectively.By adopting the flotation-gravity separation combined process,using reasonably the compound regulators and chelate collectors and coordinating with simple, effective gravity separation equipment,lead,zinc,silver,gold and cadmium in the ore can be comprehensively recovered.
