摘要
从攀枝花磁选尾矿中回收钛矿物的“GL螺旋全流程”,其特点是采用GL-2型螺旋选矿机作为粗选重选设备,物料以不分级的方式入选,重选粗精矿经筛分、磨矿后再经浮选脱硫,弱磁选除铁,最后进入电选精选得钛精矿产品.
The whole GL spiral process' for the recovery of titanium minerals from the tailings of magnetic separation in Panzhihua Concentrator has the following characteristics:Type GL-2 spiral separator is applied in the rough gravity separation;the feed is not treated by classification;after screening and grinding,the rough gravity concentrate is subjected to flotation for removing sulfur and weak magnetic separation for removing iron then finally subjected to electric separation to obtain titanium concentrate product.
