This paper annalyscs the propertics of tile tinlc-frcqucncy distribution and the rcquircments for the kernel function, developes the denialled method for the kernel function and the concept of combined kernel.A new time-frequency distribution-a colnbilled kernel time frequency distribution(CKD)is constructed. With the CKD a Guass Wave signal is processed to demenstrate the vidality of the CKD.
