摘要
介绍一种用扫描电子显微镜和能谱仪诊断交通事故的方法，由此说明借助精密仪器能迅速，准确地找出交通事故的启事者，从而拓宽电子显微学的应用范围。
The analysis method of scanning electron microscope and energy dispersive X-ray analysis system used in diagnosis traffic accidents was presented. Traffic accident troublemakers were found out quickly and accurately by means of tills method,Furthermore, the application area of electron microscopy was broadened.
