激光表面合金化齿轮接触强度研究

A Study for Raising the Contact Fatigue Life of Sugarcane Crusher Gear Drives with Laser Surface Chromium Alloying Treatment

摘要 以齿轮为研究对象,用辊子模拟方法,对45#钢制试件进行激光表面铬合金化,然后与40Cr钢调质试件和40Cr钢高频淬火试件进行接触强度对比试验。结果表明:45#钢试件经铬合金化后,其接触疲劳寿命比40Cr钢调质试件提高11.77倍,而与40Cr钢高频淬火试件的接触疲劳寿命相当。用扫描电镜研究分析其显微结构及提高接触强度的机理。 Based on contrast experiment simulated sugarcane crusher gear drives,investigates effect of the Laser surface Chromium Alloying treatment on the contact fatiguelif e on the slipping contact surface. The experimental results are analysed and conclusion isas follows f the contact fatigue life of the roller made from 45 carbon steel and treated withLaser sun'ace Chromium Alloying was increased remarkablely than that of the roller madefrom 40 Cr steel with hardening and tempering, but thair contact fatigue life and that ofthe roller made from 40Cr steel with high--frequency hardening are well-matched. Themechanism why the contact thtigue life was raised is analysed.
