三羟甲基胺基甲烷(TAM)晶体是一种新型极性有机晶体.本文较全面地研究了它在非极性轴方向的介电常数、损耗角正切、交直流电阻率、光透过率等有关电学性能.
We systematically investigated the electrical properties of the tris (hydroxyme-thyl) aminomethane crystal, a new type of pyroelectric crystal material. The properties studied are the dielectric constant, AC-and DC-resistivity, loss angle, and the phase transition character in the orientation of non-polar axes as well as transparence. The p/80 is about 10-10. It may be expected that it would be useful in the application to infrared pyroelectric detectors.
