In international trade,tariffs and export subsidies is a kind of protected policy of trade which the trade nations often use. The change of tariffs and subsidies will not only affect the strategy of the firms of export countires, but also directly affect the welfare of impart countries. The article concludes some significant results by means of quantitive analysis for the behavior of LMF.
