光截止法中透光因子的解析式及其与碲镉汞组分的关系

摘要 本文导出光截止法中透光因子的解析式,它们分别适用于短波和长波.这些表式被用于实验测量并证明对改善精度和测量速度是很有用的.根据这些表式,获得精度为10^(-5)的3000个数值的表,进而得到碲镉汞组分x和透光因子F的一个有用的精确到2×10^(-4)的解析式. The expressions of transmisivity in the method of light cut-off (for short and long wave-length oases respectively) were dirived.These expressions were used in the experimental measurements. It was proved that the expressions were useful in improving the accuracy and measuring speed. According to these expressions a table (with 3000 data and an accuracy of 10-5) and a useful expression (with a calculating accuracy of 2×10-4) of x(the composition ofHg1-xCdxTe versus F (transmisivity) were obtained. x=0.1334+0.8240F-2.140F2+4.840F3 -5.450F4+2.550F5 (0.l7<x<0.443)
