Determination of Gloss Agent(M) of Glossy Coppering in Acid Solution

酸性光亮镀铜中常用２－巯基苯胼咪唑（简称Ｍ）作主光亮剂，本文通过Ｍ与亚硝酸反应生成相应的Ｓ－亚硝基化合物，除去过量的亚硝酸后，再让Ｓ－亚硝基化合物水解定量的释放出亚硝酸，通过此亚硝酸与芳香族胺进行重氯化偶联显色，测其吸光度，求出Ｍ的含量，结果满意。

mercaptobenzimidazole (M) is usually used as main gloss agent of glossy coppering in acid solution. This work studied the reaction of M and nitrous acid,which yielded relevant s -nitrosocompound. After removing the excess of nitrous acid, the s-nitrosocompound was quantitatively hydrolyzed to produce the nitrous acid again,then aromatic amine was added for making diazocoupled color-reaction. The absorbance of the colored solution was measured for the determination of the concentration of M. It is satisfactory with the results of the way.
