摘要
酸性光亮镀铜中常用2-巯基苯胼咪唑(简称M)作主光亮剂,本文通过M与亚硝酸反应生成相应的S-亚硝基化合物,除去过量的亚硝酸后,再让S-亚硝基化合物水解定量的释放出亚硝酸,通过此亚硝酸与芳香族胺进行重氯化偶联显色,测其吸光度,求出M的含量,结果满意。
mercaptobenzimidazole (M) is usually used as main gloss agent of glossy coppering in acid solution. This work studied the reaction of M and nitrous acid,which yielded relevant s -nitrosocompound. After removing the excess of nitrous acid, the s-nitrosocompound was quantitatively hydrolyzed to produce the nitrous acid again,then aromatic amine was added for making diazocoupled color-reaction. The absorbance of the colored solution was measured for the determination of the concentration of M. It is satisfactory with the results of the way.
