本文叙述了一种单片微机控制的语音再生和语言合成技术，介绍了其设计思想、实现方法及其在长话自动报号系统中的应用，并给出了相应的硬件电原理图和主要软件的流程设计。

This paper is related to a technology of the speech regeneration and language synthsis which is controlled by a single-chip microcomputer. The system design idea,practice methods and their application in the automatic calling-number system for long - distance exchange are introduced. Its main circuit charts and software program flow diagrams are all furnished too.
