摘要
本文研究了时变结构的振动模型，建立了时变结构在地震荷载作用下的振动方程，提出了分析时变动力可靠性的包络过程法。
The vibration model of time - dependent structure is studied, the vibration equation based on earthquake effect is suggested,and the envelope process method of time-dependent dynamic reliability is proposed also in this paper Project Supported by National Natural Science Foundation of China
