摘要
近年来,人们开展了对非晶态金属的电学性能研究;特别是对非晶态的超导电性的研究日益增多.但是在实验工作中,非晶态样品大多采用单辊急冷技术制备,其厚度在几十微米数量级,属于“大块”金属样品的范畴.为了探讨处于非晶状态薄膜的电性能,并消除杂质(包括氧化)对非晶薄膜的影响,我们曾在超高真空及低温条件下用蒸发和低温凝聚方式制备了薄膜,并测量了它们的电阻与温度的关系.
Cryo-condensed films are thermal evaporated onto cool base plate in a small ultrahigh vacuum ampoule immersed in LHe. The tungsten filament evaporator is typically 0.2mm in diameter and the base temperature is about 10K. After the films have been made, their resistance-temperature relationship is measured in the original apparatus.Using this method, we have fabricated clean cryo-condensed films.
