Developing Flavour and Perfume Industry with the Superiority of Resourses and Geographical Conditions in Guangxi

广西香料植物资源种类多，地理条件适宜多种香料植物的发展。广西有分属９０余科的６００余种香料植物，其中的八角，肉桂，桂花等产品居世界首位，在世界天然香料生产、贸易中占举足轻重的地位。论述了广西天然香料资源、地理优势，探讨了广西香料香精产生的现状和存在问题，提出发展战略及对策。

Guangxi is rich in natural fragrant resouses. Its gographical conditions are suitable for growth of aromatic plants. There are more than 600species of aromatic plants belonging to 90 genera. Several products,such as star aniseed,anise oil,cassia bark, cassia oil,osmanthus concrete,are listed on the top and play an important part in the world production and trade of flavour and perfume.To further develop this industry in Guangxi,current situations and existing problems were discussed,and the development strategy and measures were proposed.
