摘要
本文研究发现,热力对旋转圆盘动力特性有明显影响.可将此特征应用于旋转圆盘振动的热力自适应控制.仿真和试验均表明,这种控制方法对一些结构振动控制将是一种有效的方法.
Thermal effect on the vibration characteristics of a rotating disk is studied in this paper. The results show that a 'typical' temperature increase at the plate periphery shifts the natural frequency spectrum downward in the modes (n, m) with nodal diameters n=2,3,4,... and upward in the modes (n, m) with n=0,1 for all m. Conversely, an increase in temperature near the center of the plate shifts the natural frequencies upwards for n=2,3,4,... and downwards for n=0,1 for all m. And the characteristics are applied to the thermodynamic adaptive control problem of the rotating disk vibration according to the critical speed criterion, the transverse vibration of the rotating disk is effectively suppressed by shifting the plate natural frequency spectrum far from the critical speed. The computer simulation and experimental results indicate that this control method will be effective for vibration control of some structures.
