摘要
着重研究了成年枇杷茎段的离体成苗技术.在含不同浓度的BA及NAA的MS培养基上,枇杷成年茎段对长芽及丛生表现出不同反应,最佳组合为MS+BA1+NAA0.2(单位为mg/L,下同),这一组合培养基亦适合于丛生芽的继代繁殖.成年无根苗的生根需要一定浓度的生长素作用及一定的培养时间.
This paper studies on the techniques of plant regeneration from stem meristem of mat.ural Eriobotrya japonica in Vitro.On MS hasal medium supplemented with different concentrations of BA and NAA,stem meristem explants showed different reaction to adventitious bud growth and proliferation. The best medium for bud growth was the combination of 0.2mg/L NAA with 1mg/L BA on MS medium,and this medium was also suitable for bud proliferation. Roots came into being when shoots were transplanted on MS medium with half concentration of inorganic salt and 0.5mg/L NAA or IBA. The regenerated plantlets were succeSsfully transplanted on the soil.
