摘要
用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶园盘电泳法对摩拉(Murra)、尼里(Nili-Ravi)、三品系杂交种[Ni♂×(Mu♂×Nanning♀)♀]水牛奶ALP同工酶进行了分析研究.结果表明:3种奶都有3种同工酶,但出现的比例不一样──ALP3为100%,ALP1和ALP2均,小于100%.其同工酶活力相对百分含量,在不同种奶间,ALP1为三品杂交>尼里>摩拉,ALP2为三品杂交>摩拉>尼里,ALP3为三品杂交<摩拉<尼里.在同种奶内是,ALP3>>ALP3(或ALP2)>ALP2(或ALP1),尼里3种酶均是低产奶量组>高产奶量组,三品杂交ALP1和ALP2是低产奶量组>高产奶量组,ALP3是高产奶量组>低产奶量组,摩拉ALP1和ALP3为低产奶量组>高产奶量组,ALP2为高产奶量组>低产奶量组.同时证明了两性载体电解质为水牛奶ALP的较强抑制剂.
The milk ALP isoenzymes of three breeds of buffaloes,Murra(Mu),Nili-Ravi.(Ni)and a triple crossbred(Tc:Ni ♂×(Mu♂×Nanning ♀)♀)were andysed and studied by means of polyacrylamide disc gel electrophoresis.The results showed that there were three types of isoenzymes in all the three breeds,but the appearing rate was different,that is,100% for ALP3 and less than 100% for ALP1 and ALP2 The relative percentage of the isoenzyme activity was as following:in different breeds:ALP1:TC>Ni>Mu; ALP2:Tc>Mu>Ni;ALP3:TC<Mu<Ni;within the same breed:ALP3>ALP1(or ALP2)>ALP2(or ALP1);Ni:all the isoenzymes of the low-milk-yield group>those of the high-milk-yi6ld group;Tc:ALp1 and ALP2 of the low-milk-yieldgroup>those of the high-yield group, and the opposite was true for ALP3;Mu:ALP1 and ALP3 of the low-milk-yield group>those ofthe high-milk-yield group,and the opposite was true for ALP2.Results also demonstrated that ampholyte carriers were strong inhibitors of milk ALPs of buffaloes.
