摘要
从终身教育理论出发，论述了继续医学教育的重要性和紧迫性，同时对临床医生继续教育的模式进行了初步探讨．
In the viewpoint of lifelong education,the important and urgency of the continuing medical education is disscussed,and an approach made preliminarily to the model of continuing education for clinical doctors.
