摘要
在高效硅胶薄层板上以石油醚-乙醚-甲酸-乙酸乙酯的上层(展开剂Ⅰ),分离槲皮素、山奈素和异鼠李素;扫描测定后再次展开,以氯仿-甲醇-水的下层-乙酸(展开剂Ⅱ),分离槲皮甙、异鼠李甙.用日本岛津CS-9000型双波长薄层扫描仪进行直线扫描,在波长为370nmn处测定了银杏叶5种黄酮成分的含量.
With the upper layer of petroleum ether-ether-formic acid-acetic ester(60:30:6:4)(developing solvent I),quercetrin,kaempferol and isorhamnetin were developed on high-performance thinulayer plate of silica,and scanned.Then,quercitin and isorhamnoside were separated with the lower layer of chloroform-methanol-water(6:4:2)and acetic acid(15:1)(developing solvent Ⅱ).The detection was carried out with linear scanning at 370 um by a CS-9000 dual-wavelength thin-layer scanner(Shimadzu,Japan).The contents of 5 kinds of flavones and flavones glycosides were determined in ginkgo biloba leave extracts.
