Uniform design is a nes method for test design. It can reduce the test time and shorten the test period greatly. This paper introduced the characteristics of the method and its test design. The process that how to do the data analysis and how to get the optimum technical factors with the help of mcrocomputer was introduced through a practical example. The practice showed that uniform design had a widespread prospect in chemical test.
