钦州港建港具有十分优越的自然条件、区位优势和社会经济条件。钦州港的建设是建设大西南出海通道发展战略的重要组成部分．必须争取尽快列入国家计划重点建设工程项目。同时，贸易和加工是今后推动钦州港建设的两个轮子。应充分利用中央给广西的各种优惠政策，在港区大力发展外向型经济，以此加速钦州港的发展。

Qin Zhou Port has very favaurable natrual, regional and social-economic conditinons for building it. Its building is an important component part in the strategy of develaping economy of the great southwest of China. We must try as quickly as possible to have it be lested into a major project in the country's plan. And we should also make full use of all preferential policies entrusted by the State Council and Guangxi government to devote major efforts to developing economy bassd on international exchanges in the port so as to promote its development.
