摘要
复山冲剂由山楂、译泻等中药组成。以蛋黄乳剂腹腔注射和高脂饲料喂养大、小白鼠,造成实验性高脂血症模型,复山冲剂可使升高的TG;CH及BLP明显下降。小鼠腹腔注射时LD(50)1.9±0.4g/kg,口服时>25g/kg仍无法测出LD(50)大鼠长期毒性试验,心、肝、肾、肾上腺、肺、胰、脾、胃、十二指肠等器官未见异常。
The increament of serum cholesterol(CH),triglyceride(TG)and β-lipoprotein(BLP)evoked by yolk-emulsion intraperitoneal(ip)or hyperlipo-diet(cholesterol-rich diet)per os in mice and rats was significantly prevented by Granulae Fu-shan,which was made ofCrataegus cuneata Sieb et Zucc,Alisma orientiilis(Stim)Juzep,Codonopsis pilosula(Franch)Nannf.Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge,Ganoderma lucidum(Leyss ex Fr)Karst and Polygala tennifolia Willd.Serum cholesterol decreased from 12.7±2.14 mmol/L to 8.88±1.09mmol/L(high dose group),to 9.20±1.09 mmol/L(middle-dosage group)and to 10.19±139mmnol/L(low、dose group).The level of BLP(mmol/L) decreased from 4.56±0.595 to 2.56±0.70 (high dose group),2.70±0.60(middle-dosage egrnup)and to 3.49 ±0.81(low dose group )TG(mmol/L) decreased from 3.75±0.89 to 1.47 ±0.80(high dose group),to 1.46±0.69(middle dose group)and to 1.98± 1.29 (low dose group)These results suggested that Granulae could de-crease CH,BLP and TG serum levels and allevite hyperlipemia.No toxic slde effects were ob-served when Granulae was administered 25g/kg BW po or 25g/kg±2within a day in mice and 12,7 and 4g/kg daily for 3 months in rats LD(50)was 1.9±0.4g/kg(ip)in inice(P=0.95)Thus Granultie Fu shan Compositae is safe and useful for clinlcdl application
