结核病变组织中的抗体反应

摘要 应用免疫组化技术,检测了25例结核病人49块病变组织中的减毒牛型结核杆菌(BCG)抗原、IgG、IgM、IgA及补体C3c。结果:在大多数结核病变组织中可检测到IgA、IgM等物质,而以淋巴结的阳性反应较高。IgG与IgM染色阳性反应分别为89%(24/27)与87%(13/25)。抗-C3,抗IgG、IgM等阳性反应物常见于同一结核病灶,IgM抗体阳性多位于干酪样坏死灶。研究表明,在结核病的发病过程中,除细胞免疫外,还有体液免疫参与,并表明IgM之免疫复合物可能与干酪样坏死的形成有关系。 BCG antigen,IgG,IgM,IgA and C3c were detected in 49 tissue blocks from 25tuberculosis patients by means of immunohistochemical staining.C3,IgG and lgM were presentin the majority of the specimens,particularly in the lymph nodes.The positive rate for IgG andIgM in the lymph nodes were 89%(24/27)and 87%(13/15)respectively.Frequently,C3,IgGand lgM were present at the same sites.IgM antibodies were most frequently located in thecaseation areas.Our results indicated that besides cellular immunity,humoral immunity may al-so play a role in the pathogenesis of the changes in tuberculosis,and that IgM antibody associ-ated immune complex may be involved in the formation of caseation。
