摘要
采用均相竞争法测定２０例肝癌、２７例肝硬化和２０例健康人血浆内皮素含量。肝癌、肝硬化伴腹水、肝硬化不伴腹水、正常对照组分别为７０．６９±１８．０８、７９．６５±３４．６９、５６．５４±１７．４２、３９．６６±１２．５５ｎｇ／Ｌ。结果提示原发性肝癌和肝硬化（伴腹水、不伴腹水）血浆内皮素水平显著高于对照组。
Plasma endothelin level in 20 cases of primary liver carcinoma,14 cases of livercirrhosis with ascites. 13 cases ofcirrhosis without ascites and 20 normal controls were measuredwith homogeneous competitive RIA. The meun values of the plasma endothelin level were 70.69±18.08, 79.65 ± 34.69, 56.54 ± 17.42, and 39.66±12.55ng / L respectively. The results showedthat the plasma endothelin levels in primary liver carcinoma patients and liver cirrhosis patients(with or without ascites) were significantly higher than that of the normal controls.
