一次性定量运动对肌细胞氧损伤与抗氧损伤作用的影响的实验研究 被引量:2

摘要 以SOD作为肌细胞抗氧损伤、LPO作为肌细胞受氧损伤的指标。测定一次性定量运动对肌细胞氧损伤与抗氧损伤作用的影响。SD雌性大鼠,体重250~300g,筛选30只游泳能力相近大鼠随机分为两组:运动组(15)、安静组(15)。运动组游泳50min。水池直径50cm、高60cm、圆柱状。大腿后群肌取样,肉眼观下分红、白肌。测总SOD、MnSOD,CuZnSOD活性,LPO浓度。结果显示,运动组较安静组各型SOD同功酶活性均显著性增高(P<0.01),LPO浓度显著降低(P<0.01)。提示一次性定量运动有利于提高骨骼肌抗氧损伤的防御能力。 SOD was used as an index of anti-oxygen radicals cellular injury,and LPO as anindex of oxygen radicals cellular injury in the muscle cells. The aim of this investigation was tostudy the effect of acute limited quantity exercise on the oxygen radicals cellular injury andanti-oxygen radicals cellular injury in the muscle cells.30 SD female rats weighting 250~300gand having similar swimming ability were divided into two groups,exercise group(15)andcontrol-nonexercise group(15).The exercise group swam for 50 min, The diameter of the swim-ming pool was 50cm, the height 60cm, and with a cylinder shape.samples of muscles wereobtained from the leg muscles and the red and the white muscles were seperated.The totalSOD, Mn SOD and CuZn SOD activities, and LPO concentration were determined. The re-sults were as follows: The above three types of SOD increased signiflcantiy(P<0.01), while LPOdecreased significantly (P<0.01) in the exercise group. The results suggest that acute limitedquantity exercise has the effect of incrensing the ability to counter-act the oxygen radicals cellu-lar injury in the muscle cells.
