广西三七茎叶提取物药效成分分析报告

ANALYTIC REPORT OF THE PHARMACEUTICAL EFFECTIVE CONSTITUENTS OF THE EXTRACTS FROM THE STALK AND LEAVE OF PANX NOTOGINSENG(SLPN)IN GUANGXI

要对广西三七茎叶提取物的药效成分进行检测，结果发现广西三七茎叶除含主要活性物质总皂甙外，还含有多糖和锗，这两种成分主要分布在提取总皂甙后的废弃部分中，为全面综合开发广西三七茎叶提供科学依据。

An investigation was performed to determine the pharmaceutical effectivecontituents of the extracts obtained from Guangxi SLPN. The results showed that GuangxiSLPN contained also polysaccharide and gerimaniuin besides the active material-total saponins.The polysaccharide and germanium were distributed mainly in the waste material after the ex-traction of the total saponins.Our results provide scientiflc basis for the overall usage ofCuangxi SLPN
