八珍清补凉抗脂质过氧化的作用研究

RESEARCH ON ANTI-LIPID PEROXID ATION EFFECT OF BAZHEN COOL AND REFKESHINNG DRINK

测定了八珍清补凉几种维生素及微量元素含量，并用其进行了抗脂质过氧化的动物实验。结果：维生素Ｅ、Ｆｅ，Ｃｕ、Ｚｎ、Ｍｎ和Ｓｅ等含量较高；实验表明它可以增强ＳＯＤ活性，使心、肝和脑等组织中的ＬＰＯ含量减少，但大小剂量组无差别。探讨了微量元素在上述实验结果中的作用。

In order to investigate the pharmaceutical and health promoting effects ofBazhen cool and refreshing drink,besides analysing its contents ofvitamins and trace elements′we also performed animal experiments to evaluate the anti-lipid peroxidation effect of thisdrink.The results show that there are much Vit E, Fe, Cu, Zn, Mn and Se in this Bazhencool and refreshing drink.It can enhance the action of SOD and decrease the content ofLPO inthe heart,liver and brain,But there is not much significant difference between the high-dosegroup and the low-dose group.The role ofthe trace elements was also discussed.
