山珍血脉康口服液的药理作用研究

ASTUOY ON THEPHARMACOLOGICAL EFFECTS OF SHANZHEN XUEMAIKANG ORALLIQUID

观察了山珍血脉康口服液对小鼠组织过氧化脂质（ＬＰＯ）含量、超氧化物歧化酶（ＳＯＤ）活性和抑制小鼠血清总胆固醉（ＴＣ）含量的影响。结果表明，１０、２０、４０ｍｌ／ｋｇ的给药剂量组均能非常显著地提高小鼠全血ＳＯＤ的活性（Ｐ＜０．０１），剂量依赖性地降低小鼠组织ＬＰＯ的含量。１０、２０ｍｌ／ｋｇ的给药剂量组能非常显著地抑制小鼠血清ＴＣ值（Ｐ＜０．０１）。

The effects of Shanzhen Xuemaikang(SZXMK)otal liquid on the content oflipid peroxide(LPO),the activity ofsuperoxide dismutase(SOD)ofmice und the inhibition ofthe total serum cholesterol(TC) in hyperlipidemic mice model were investigated.The resultsshowed that SZXMK oral liquid with 10 ml/ kg,20 ml/kg and 40 ml/kg could significantlyreduce the LPO content in the liver,heart and bruin tissues,and enhance the SOD activity oftheblood(P<0.01).In addition,10ml/kg and 20ml/kg of this liquid cold significantly inhib-it the serum TC content(P<0.01)。
