还春宝口服液药效学和毒理学研究

PHARMACOLOGICAL AND TOXICOLOGICAL STUDY OF HUANCHUNBAO ORAL LIQUID

对由人参、黄芪、绞股蓝等十六味中药组成的还春宝口服液进行动物实验。结果表明还春宝可促进小鼠溶血素形成和幼年雄性小鼠贮精囊的生长发育,降低血清过氧化脂质含量,延长戊巴比妥钠对小鼠的睡眠时间,且能增强小鼠胃肠道推进机能,但对小鼠游泳耐力未见有显著增强作用。毒理学实验表明,还春宝安全无毒。

The ingredients of Huancunbao oral liquid consist of sixteen Chinese medicinal herbs. The result of this experiment shows that this oral liquid possesses multiple functions in-cluding the promotion of haemolysin formation induced by SRBC, lowering of serum LPO con-centration and acceleration of gastrointestinal motion. In addition, it increases the weight of spermatocyst in young male mice and prolongs the period of sedation caused by penotarbital.But it does not significantly prolong the swimming time of the mice. It does not produce any toxic reactions.
