咪达唑仑全麻诱导对老年肿瘤病人循环功能的影响

INFLUENCE OF GENERAL ANESTHETIC INDU-CTION MEDIATED BY MIDAZOLAM ON THE CIRCULATION IN AGED PATIENTS WITH TUMOR

采用无创监测方法观察不同剂量咪达唑仑(0.1mg、0.2mg及0.3mg/kg)用于全麻诱导时对老年肿瘤病人循环功能的影响。结果:ECG无异常改变,HR,Bp,MAP,CO,SV,SI及CI轻度降低,但无显著性差异。提示上述剂量的咪达唑仑全麻诱导对循环功能影响轻微,可安全有效地用于老年肿瘤病人手术的全麻诱导。

Midazolan (0.1mg/kg, 0.2mg/kg, 0.3mg/kg respectively) for anesthesia in-duction was administered to aged patients with tumor to observe its effect on the circulatory function.The result showed that there were no changes in ECG. HR,BP,MAP,CO,SV,SI and CI were all only slightly decreased, and were of no significance. Our finding indicated the above doses of midazolam only slightly influenced the circulatory function during the induction of general anesthesia. Hence, it is safe and effective to administer midazolam to aged patients with tumor for the induction of general anesthesia.
