甲肝减毒活疫苗（H_2株）的安全性和血清学效果初步观察

Preliminary observation of safety andserology of Live,Attenuated HepatitisA Vaccine(H2 Strain)

３批甲肝减毒活疫苗（９１０７１１、９２０７２９、９２１０２１）免疫１２３４名儿童，在７２ｈ内未发现局部反应；接种后３个月随访，亦未发现与肝炎有关的临床指征。免后４周，抗一ＨＡＶ抗体的阳转率分别为９８％、８１．８％和８２．８％，其中９１０７１１批ＧＭＴ为４．８，抗体滴度为１：２～１：１６之间，表明，该疫苗批间效果稳定、安全和有效。

A total of 234 healthy Childrenwas vaccinated Subcutaneously with live attenuatedHAV vaccine(H2 Strain) and followed up for 3Months,after vaccination Any significant clinicalsymptoms have not been found.And no local ad-verse reactions were found in 72 hours after vaccina-tion,Three batches(910711,920729,921021) of vac-cine were used for immunizaton.The rates of theirseroconversion were 98%(96/98),81.8%(27/33).and 82.8%(29/33),respectively 4 weeks after injec-tion, Geometrical mean titer(GMT) of the batch(910711)was 4.8 and anti一HAV titer was 1:2～1:16.The results showed that the safety and im-munogenicity of the attenuated live hepatitis A vac-cine were satisfactory.
