瑶族山村小学生群体癔病性惊厥的流行病学调查

Epidemiologic Survey of collective hysteriaconvulsion of primary school pupils in aYao nationality mountain village

本文报道了广西巴马县东山乡瑶族山村小学生群体癔病性惊厥的流行病学调查结果。１９９２年９月～１９９４年１２月，该校先后３０人发病，发病率为７．６１％，其中女生是男生的１４倍，三年级以上１０～１４岁学生发病人数占７６．６７％。累计发作次数１７３６人（次），严重影响学生的身心健康和学校的教学秩序。

This paper is a epidemiologic survey of collective hysteria convulsion ofpupils in a Yao nationality mountain villageof Dongshan township of Bama county inGuangxi.Result showed that a total of 30 patients occurred in the school fromSeptember l992 to December l994,withmorbidity rate being 7.61%.The numberof the patients in female is l4 times as highas that in male,and the patients aged l0～14 years accounted for 76.67%of all pa-tients.The number of hysteria convulsionwas accumulatively calculated 1736 timeswith serious adverse effect on the pupil'shealth.
