本文主要以在实际安装调试台湾产涂布机过程中所遇到的一个干燥速度未能达到要求的具体例子,进行分析其造成的原因,并对干燥速度测算中各参数的取值进行了详细说明,叙述了在比较过各种可能采取的改造方法后所选择的改进措施,最后列出改造后的实际运行效果。

This is an example. When a Taiwan made coating machine was adjusted, the drying speed did not meet the requirements. Causes were analyzed. Parameters in drying speed calculations were explained. Actual results after modification were listed.
