本文以树脂的溶解性、分子量大小、防锈颜料及其配比、工艺条件等方面实验研究了聚酚氧预涂底漆的制备。该漆具有单组分、不含锌粉等特点,性能达到相关标准要求。

How to prepare precoating primer from phenoxy resin has been experimentally studied in this paper. The factors such as solubility and inherent viscosity of phenoxy resin,the type and proportion of inhibitive pigments and the processing conditions have been also discussed. The primer has no zinc powder and it is one packing.
