摘要
本文对黑加仑籽和油的成份进行了分析.黑加仑籽含14.43%的油,26.34%的蛋白质,37.48%的粗纤维,2.35%的总灰份和19.32%的总精.本文还分析了黑加仑籽的氨基酸成份和矿物元素组成.黑加仑油中含11.71%的r-亚麻酸,其余的脂肪酸成份为;软脂酸7.29%,硬脂酸2.72%,油酸16.27%,亚油酸4252%,α-亚麻酸14.75%和十八碳四烯酸4.74%.黑加仑油的物化指标为:折光指数(20℃)1.4812,比重(20℃)0.9242,碘值165.58,皂化值185.27,不皂化物2.90%和粘度(20℃·厘泊)1.126。
In the paper,the components of Black Currant(Ribes nigrum L. ) seed and oil were analyzed. Black Currant seed contains 14. 48% oil, 26. 34% protein, 37.48% crude fiber, 2. 35% ash 19. 32% total carbonhydrates. Amino acids and minerals of Black Currant secd,vere also determined. Cis-6, 9,12-Octadccatrienoic acid (r-Linolenic acid ) was identified in oil of Black Currant with 11- 71% and other ratty acids were: C16:0(7. 29%), C18: 0(2.72%) C18: 1(16.27%), C18:2(42. 5%) αLinolenic acid (14. 75%) and C18: 2(4.74%).
