摘要
对31只有色家兔62眼行眼底血管荧光造影,将其负片直接在光学显微镜下放大观察。将观察结果与扫描电镜及荧光显微组织标本下的同类家兔视网膜色素上皮细胞形态进行比较研究。58眼荧光造影中可观察到中央低荧、呈六角形的色素上皮(RPE)细胞像,在离髓翼三乳头径以外部位最清楚,细胞形态周边部比后极部大。RPE细胞荧光像从脉络膜期即出现,以静注荧光素钠5~15min后清晰。其形态与扫描电镜及荧光显微镜下观察到的RPE细胞排列、形态均一致。白色家兔眼底荧光造影则未能观察到上述结果。
Fluorescein angiography (FA) was performed in 31 pigmented rabbits.The angiograms were evaluated as prints and as negative film under a lightmlcroscope. The patterns of retinal pigment epithelial (RPE) cells werestudied by scanning electron microscopy and fluorescein light one in theother rabbits of the same category as comparison in 58 eyes. It was observedthat the RPE cell showed a hexagonal pattern with a central hypofluorescentarea surrounded by a hyperfluorescent rim, which was easily seen three ormore disc distance apart from the medullary rays diaeters and became largerin the periphery than that in the posterior pole. It appeared in the earlychoroidal phase and became more distinct in 5 to 15 minutes after dyeinjection. The findings of RPE cells on FA closely matched with those byscanning electron microscopy and fluorescein light one in sizes and shapes.There were no finding in four lightly pigmented eyes.
