高效液相色谱研究诃子中甲霜灵农药的残留量 被引量:2

High-Performance Liquid Chromatography Method for Determination of Residue Content of Metalaxyl in Fructus Chebulae

摘要 本实验探索一种测定中药材中甲霜灵残留量的HPLC方法。样品经过C_(18)固相萃取提纯、浓缩。农药的分析基于一个RPC_(18)柱。CH_3OH—KH_2PO_4(65:35)为流动相,在220nm处得到检测。本法在样品中添加0.05.0.01和1.00ppm的农药回收率为86~95%,最低检测浓度为0.02ppm。 A high-performance liquid chromatography method for determinationof residue content of metalaxyl has been developed, which was based on aRP C_(18) column with CH_3 OH-KH_2 PO_4 (65 :35) as mobile phase, and 220nm.C_(18) soiid-plnase extraction cartridges were used to allow purification andconcentration of the sample. Samples fortified with 0.05,0. 01 and 1.00 ppmof the pestieide had a recovery, range from 86 to 95%, with a minimumdetectable level of 0.02 ppm.
