摘要
用中药制剂消痤灵多中心随机单盲对照治疗痤疮１６３例，结果消痤灵治疗组的总有效率为９０．２％，西药对照组的总有效率为６１．５％，经统计学处理，两者差别有非常显著意义（Ｐ＜０．０１）．说明消痤灵疗效优于西药对照组，且治疗过程中未发现皮肤过敏和其他毒副反应，本研究显示消痤灵是用于治疗痤疮的安全有效的中药新制剂。
One hundred and sixty-three patients with acne vulgaris were treated with Xiaozuo Ling ina multi-centre, randomized, single-blinded controlled trial. The results showed that the totaleffective rate in Xiaozuo Ling group was 90. 2% and that in western medicine control was 61.5%(P<0.01).There was no any allergic reaction and side effect.
