人工流产术中发生羊水栓塞一例报告

Ammiotic Fluid Embolism Occurring in Induced Abortion:A Case Report

羊水栓塞多出现于中期妊娠引产时及晚期妊娠分娩时，本文报告一例发生于妊娠７周多人工流产术中。患者术中出现咳嗽、胸闷、呼吸困难、发绀、视物模糊、血压下降及肺部罗音，由于早期诊断、及时处理，使抢救获得成功。

Ammiotic fluid embolism(AFE)usually occurs in the period of midtrimester abortion orthird-trimester delivery.In this article,one case of AFE occurring in the period of suctioncurettage for induced abortion in 7 weeks of gestation is reported.The patient manifested withcough, chest distress, dyspnea, cyanosis,poor vision, hypotension and rales in the lung at theearly stage, This case was saved successfully because of diagnosis and treatment in time.
