补中益气汤对“脾虚”大鼠胃粘膜易损伤性的复健作用研究

Effect of Buzhong Yiqi Tang on Gastric Mucosal Vulnerability in Rats with Deficiency of Spleen

给大鼠灌胃大黄水提取液１０天，造成类“脾虚”模型进行胃粘膜损伤试验。结果表明该模型对消炎痛、应激因素引起的胃粘膜损伤指数明显高于正常对照组，经补中益气汤治疗７天，其胃粘膜损伤指数较非治疗组明显下降，提示“脾虚”大鼠胃粘膜易损伤性增高，补中益气汤对其有复健作用。

Rats with defiency of the spleen were prepared by oral administration of water extract ofRubarb for 10 days,then used for experiment of gastric mucosal injury.It was found that lesionindex of gastric mucosa in the rats induced by indomethacin/stress was significantly increased thatcontrol group.The same experiment was undertaken after the rats with deficiency of the spleenwere treated with water extract of Buzhong Yiqi Tang(BZYQT) for 7 days, It was observed thatthe lesion index of gastric mucosa was significantly decreased than non-treated group.The re-sults suggest that gastric mucosa vulnerability in rats with deficiency of the spleen is markedlyincreased,and can be recovered by BZYQT.
