丹芍汤治疗阴虚湿热型慢性肾炎畸形红细胞尿的临床研究

The Effect of Danshao Decoction on Deformed Erythrocyturia in Chronic Nephritis of Yin一deficiency and Dampness一heat Type

４１例阴虚湿热型慢性肾炎均有畸形红细胞尿，而且＞０．８×１０￣７／Ｌ．经用丹芍汤加减治疗后尿畸形红细胞明显减少，治疗前尿畸形红细胞数１６．６５±３５．３４×１０￣７／Ｌ，治疗后尿畸形红细胞数９．５±３０．２３×１０￣７／Ｌ，治疗前后对比有非常显著性差异Ｐ＜０．００１，并有１２例（占２９、２％）尿畸形红细胞数＜０．８×１０￣７／Ｌ，说明丹芍汤具有治疗阴虚湿热型慢性肾炎，消除肾性血尿的功能。

Forty一one cases of chronic nephritis of yin-deficiency and dampness 一heat type with de-formed erythrocyturia ( the deformed erythrocytes higher than 0.8 ×10￣7/L)was treated withDanshao Decoction. The deformed erythrocytes in urine were reduced from 16. 65 ± 35. 34 × 10￣7/L to 9.5 ± 30. 23 × 10￣7/L after treatment(P<0.001).In l2 cases (29.2%),the deformed ery-throcytes in urine were reduced to less than 0.8 × 10￣7/L. The result showed that Danshao Decoc- tion was effective for relieving renal hematuria in chronic nephritis of yin一deficiency and damp- ness一heat type.
