老年性黄斑变性病变分期的中医辨证

TCM Syndrome Diffrerentiation for Different Stages of Senile Macular Degeneration

本文从中医辨证角度对不同阶段的老年性黄斑变性（ＡＭＤ）进行证型分析，以探讨ＡＭＤ各期病理变化的中医辨证规律，结果显示，早期ＡＭＤ以虚证表现为主，中后期则以实证表现为主，且伴有较明显的外显证候。中后期出现视网膜下新生血管及出血以实证为多。提示在ＡＭＤ的中医治疗上，早期应以健脾益气为主，兼以补益肝肾，对中后期则应在扶正的基础上，兼以疏肝理气、清热化痰、行气通络或活血化瘀。

The regular patterns of TCM syndrome differentiation for various stages of senile macular degeneration(SMD)have been investigated.The results showed that deficiency syndrome wasmanifested predominantly in the early stage,and excess syndrome with subre tinalneovascularization and retinal hemarrhage in the intermediate and later stages.It suggested that the TCM treatment for SMD should be benefiting qi and invigorating spleenand kidney and liver as well in the early stage,and supporting healthy- qi with dispersing thestagnated liver-qi, clearing away heatveil,eliminating sputum,activating qi,dredging meridians,or promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the intermediate and late stages.
