摘要
采用动态水热合成工艺生成托贝莫来石活料料浆，以此料浆为基料，掺入代石棉增强纤维、外加剂，经脱水成型、烘干后制成硅酸钙轻质制品。测定其主要性能指标，并对其料浆进行微观结构分析。实验结果表明，其料浆的矿物组成、微观形态和耐热性均优，以此料浆为基料，可制成容重低于170kg／m3的硅酸钙轻质制品。
Active tobermorite slurry is produced by using dynamic water-heating synthetic process.Lightweight calcium silicate products are made hy using this slurry as the hase material,addlng reinforced fibres to substitute ashestos,adding the additives,and after dewatering,pressing and drylng. The main performance indexes are measured and the microstructure of the slurry is analyzed. The test results show that the mineral compositions, micromorphology and heat resistance are all excellent and lightweight calcium silicate products with a density of less than 170kg/m3 can he made by using this slurry as the base material.
