摘要
采用自制的两种镁铝胶,对用这两种胶结合的高纯镁砖和高纯尖晶石结合镁砖进行了研究,考察了不同烧结温度和胶中不同的MgO/Al_3O_3比例对砖性能的影响,研究结果表明,这种胶在1550℃就能形成发育良好的尖晶石结合相并因此而制得性能良好的高纯镁砖及高纯镁尖晶石砖.
By using self-made magnesial-alumina colloid as binder, high purity MgO and MgO-MA spinel bricks were studied. The effect of temperature and MgO/Al2O3 in colloid on properties of bricks were discussed. The study shows that, because magnesian-alumina colloid possessed high activety, the excellent spinel binding phase was formed by sintering at 1550℃ and thus the high purity bricks so produced have good high-temperature performance.
