摘要
本文介绍了采用不锈钢纤维及化学镀镍铁粉增韧补强Al_2O_3一Fe_2O_3复相多孔陶瓷的方法:研究了不锈钢纤维含量及化学镀镍铁粉对材料性能的影响;探讨了其强韧化机理:用该材料进行了成形模具对比试验。结果表明,不锈钢纤维和化学镀镍铁粉均对材料有明显的强韧化效果。尤其是两者的复合强韧化效果更显著。
The fabrication procedures of strengthening and tougheningAl_2O_3一Fe_2O_3 double phases porous ceramics bymeans of stainless steel fibre and iron grain,with electroless nickel coating were introduced. The influences ofstainless steel fibfre content and the iron grains with electroless nickel coating on the properties of material wereinvestigated.The mechanisms of strengthening and toughening were discussed.The contrast test on making forming dies with this material was made.The results show that stainless steel fibre and/of iron grains withelectroless nickel coating can prominently improve the strength and toughness of material,especially in case ofusing both together.
